If someone would have told me a few months ago that I would be taking pictures of food and posting photos and recipes to Facebook, my blog, and Pinterest, I would have told them they were crazy! I’ve never been a foodie, enjoyed cooking, or really spent more than a few minutes planning my next meal.
In the last few weeks, I have discovered that there is something about finding delicious, healthy, low carb foods that don’t leave me feeling deprived that is incredibly rewarding.
